Finally, somebody else notices how amazing Syntho Dart/Facet of Blessing is! I was also pretty meh about Ascension until I realize that it turns your class ability into an offensive ability as an option, as well as being the only true-neutral Amplified (which hopefully eventually gets buffs) cast in game.

I have Assassin and Synthoceps. That combo allows me to switch out Stylish Execution with Threaded Specter and in turn using the Combo Blow melee, not only I can dodge and turn invis, but can generate a LOT of Stasis Dummies which then explodes and generates a Threadling Army for hunters!

omggg, ive been running a setup like this (not calling it an actual build due to how unoptimized mine was hahahaha) because I'm kinda burned out already of the melee playstyle for hunter since arc 3.0 and i love this build! Thanks for the video as always, will definitetly try this to optimize what i use :D

I've been running this build a lil bit now and the khovostov boy oh boy adds so much to this build. The more enemies the better and I'll sometimes clear whole activities just using khovostov until the boss. It drops so many orbs. Spamming abilities. All of them. Super prismatic. Everything and the more ads the better the build has been working. Love this build and it could only get better for me because I don't have triple 100 stats lol

Class items. I have 54 of 5he hunter clokes but only 1 out of 3 for this build: verite. Really glad Bungie is going to NERF farming.

Note you could go Pugalist on the sidearm with incondecent as ignitions can get melee energy.

I can never catch the spike so I always lose it

I have a similar build with hoil syntho with threaded spectre stylish, the spectre negate incoming damage, spike opens the opportunity to invis before going in for the big damage syntho buffed grpple melee and decoy away to go to cover safely

I love monte carlo at base. But in high level content pretty much all auto rifles just feel bad

Thank you for this build. I finally got a class item that has caliban after 20 runs. So im just running caliban + star eater class item with silence and squall until they add class items to overthrow on tuesday

I've been using Caliban/Cyrt for a while and love how it feels, but you definitely need to prime enemies more before throwing your melee in higher level content. Synthos obviously has less DR but it makes using the melee a breeze.

This is way more compllicated than the other strats for a minimal saving in time (in a best case scenario and even in theory) while easier strats provide a time benefit through being more braindead and having less room for errors. This strat seems alright but only benefits speed clears really.

What about ammo economy?

Everytime I'm with a 'good' group on lfg, people say they know this method, fuck up splits, then we run it back to the usual. Tried it with challenge to save time and it just wasn't working. Idk why but people just get match/distro so much more.

Unless you're doing challenge there's no real reason to do this. Or unless you have 2 people dissecting. If you do double method by the time dissecting is done each of the inside players will be grabbing their keys. So it's not any faster in a majority of scenarios. It's just doing it differently for the sake of being different.
